Cauliflower Garlic Bread

Try this healthy option for garlic cheese bread! This is the perfect appetizer or entree! Trick your friends and kids into eating their vegetables! That’s what I did. This recipe has been tried many different ways, but I’ve perfected it to my likings. Enjoy.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 20 mins + 20 mins

Oven Temp: 350°F


  • 2 cups riced cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese of choice
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Garlic Powder to taste (usually 2 Tbsp)



  • Cut your head of cauliflower and mince it in a food processor until you have 2 cups worth (approximately 1/2).
  • Once the cauliflower is chopped, put it in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 10 full minutes.
  • Once the cauliflower is steamed, add the eggs, minced garlic, 1 cup of shredded cheese (of your choice), and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Combine until evenly mixed.
  • Pour your dough (don’t be alarmed at how moist it is) onto a greased baking sheet or a baking stone.
  • Form it into the shape of pizza you desire.
  • Let bake for 20 minutes until the dough browns and cooks all the way through.
  • Remove the dough from the oven and add the mozzarella, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Return your garlic bread to the oven and let bake for an additional 20 minutes or until cheese has browned and is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool and enjoy!
